I think it would be a lot of fun to make a business website if we can. This will give those who do not have experience in building websites; the chance to learn how. We need better functioning business websites; like the ones we went over in class. These websites can be so much better.
1. Sell advertising online 2. Gives the seller other avenues than creating their own website. 3. To sell advertising on the web for a wide range of retailers, particularly those that do not sell online. 4. Use search engines, banners, and affiliate sites to display the advertising. Use viral marketing by creating chat rooms and blog sites. 5. Build trust in retailers by using search engines linking them to the site. Offer incentives to retailers to advertise on our site. Give feedback from consumers about their products & services.
I think we should come up with a web-site that is very popular in the target market right now. Something that a lot of people are using and there is a lot of variety of.
Alex Hodge I think any website that we make that regards to helping people in need would be great! Something that can be exciting but helps the ones in need!
I think making a website would be fun getting to know how to do something instead of just learning about it and selling something fun and intersting would be awsome.
I think it would be a great idea to build a website that would put to use the information that we are learning. One idea is to build a website for PBL because they don't have one.
To design a working website that we could sell other peoples stuff on so we do not need a storefront. It would help teach us all the things we have been learning in class. Of course our strategy would be to make money with little if no start up cost. Our e-commerce strategy would be to use affiliates and pop up ads and a search engine. And our sales process would be get them in get them to trust us get their info and get them to come back.
Online bookstore - where you can trade in your old books to get credit to purchase new ones - you can even trade in your video games for credit to purchase more games.
Allows the customer to send in their old books or drop them off locally.
I think that a website that counseled individuals on how to manage debt would be a great one right now. Our national debt is in the TRILLIONS of dollars and the average american household has around $40,000 in debt. Offering individual plans and tips on how to eliminate and minimize debt (credit cards, student loans, cars, etc.) would be extremely beneficial. It would be best to make it as simple as possible. Many other people offer this service but for TREMENDOUS prices and, whats the point of SPENDING money to get out of debt?
